Logistics, security and round-the-clock cover in the heart of Barcelona.
We supported a London-based law firm in a well known Barcelona hotel for a weeklong conference. Logistically challenging — we had to transport various multifunctional devices, high volume photocopiers, shredders, revolving whiteboards and laptops on the Eurotunnel into the heart of Barcelona.
Our team’s experience, especially in security, was invaluable. Two of our trusted technicians were on-site for the duration of the event, training and supporting the client’s staff, networking the machines and preloading the devices with the information attendees needed to start working straight away.
A technician was available 24 hours a day, on-call outside the meeting room throughout the conference.
