There’s no added complexity to hiring in multiples. Each unit is delivered, set up and collected as part of the same hire agreement, and all our shredders operate consistently across the fleet.

What are my legal obligations around document destruction under GDPR?

How far in advance do I need to book, and do you deliver and collect?

We’d always recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for larger events or productions where multiple units may be required. That said, we understand that timelines in events and production aren’t always predictable, so we’ll do our best to accommodate last minute requests where stock allows.

Delivery and collection are handled by us directly. Once your hire is confirmed, we’ll agree a delivery window that fits your set up schedule and arrange collection for when your hire period ends. You don’t need to worry about transporting the units yourself or returning them, that’s all part of the service.

If you’re running a multi-day event or an extended production, we can also arrange for units to remain on site for the full duration, with collection once you’ve fully finished.
